What we collect and why

Text you type and the designs you make: to generate your design and fulfil your order (contract). Your text is also checked by an AI model (via fal.ai) for brands and harmful content. Kept for 12 months, or longer if you order.
Photos you upload: only to generate your design. Deleted from our servers within 24 hours. Sent to our image-generation processor fal.ai (USA, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for that purpose only.
Email: to unlock extra designs and send you login links and credit codes (contract), sent through our email processor Resend (USA, sending from the EU region Ireland, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses); marketing emails only if you tick the box (consent). Unsubscribe anytime.
Order and shipping details: handled by Shopify (checkout) and Gelato (printing and shipping) to deliver your order (contract), kept as required by tax law (7 years).
A functional cookie that counts your free designs. No advertising trackers.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data at hamzatjoo1@gmail.com. You can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
