Under EU consumer law (Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code, Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. You confirm this at checkout.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or in the wrong size compared with your order, email hamzatjoo1@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We'll reprint it or refund you, at no cost to you.
Your statutory rights for faulty products (conformity, "conformiteit") always apply.
